This blog is meant to share experiences, knowledge and techniques that I have acquired throughout my Agile lifetime and hopefully spark thought and communication within the Agile community.
Phil Zofrea, CSP, SPC and PMI-ACP, is an independent consultant who has been involved in software development since 1979 when he started out coding system utilities for HP computers. He then established his own consulting company which he worked at for 14 years with clients such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Shell Oil, Ford Foundation, etc. He was an early adopter of iterative development since 1997, when his consultancy was a partner with Rational and assisted other companies with Object Oriented Programming and the Rational Unified Process (RUP). From 2001 he has passionately driven IT and Agile transformations at The New York Times, Tech Data, Kforce, Nielsen, PricewaterhouseCoopers and other companies. Phil is very involved in the agile community and has spoken and volunteered for many conferences such as Agile Alliance, Agile Florida, PMI Symposiums, Product Camp Gulf Coast, etc.
